Mujeres Valiosas y de Poder" is an empowerment initiative led by Glenis Mojica. The project aims to inspire, motivate, and empower women to reach their full potential and live fulfilling lives. Through writing, speaking engagements, coaching services, entrepreneurship, and technology, this project seeks to elevate women and encourage them to pursue their dreams with confidence.

The project was born from Glenis Mojica's personal journey as an empowered woman committed to making a positive impact in the world. Drawing from her own experiences and guided by values such as compassion, authenticity, integrity, and resilience, Glenis developed "El Viaje de Empoderamiento de Mujeres Valiosas y de Poder." The project evolved to incorporate various empowerment tools, including writing, public speaking, coaching, and leveraging technology and entrepreneurship to reach and support more women.

As the project grew, it became a beacon of hope and strength for women seeking to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Through her unwavering commitment to treating others with kindness and understanding, being true to oneself, maintaining high ethical standards, and persevering in the face of adversity, Glenis has shaped this project into a powerful vehicle for women's empowerment and personal growth.

Our team at "Mujeres Valiosas y de Poder" has made significant strides in empowering immigrant women in new jersey across various spheres. We're proud to share some of our latest accomplishments:
